General Program · Weekly Training
YOU'RE TRAINING HARD. NOT SMART.
A weekly plan built around your game.
YOU'RE TRAINING HARD.
NOT SMART.
A weekly plan built around your game.
Stop guessing what to train. Tell us the player’s age, level, and goals — and follow a structured weekly program designed from the same system that developed 19 Grand Slam champions. Clear, consistent, impossible to improvise.
Welcome to the iTUSA Pathway
For players ready to train with direction. For parents ready to guide THEM.
The General Program exists because two kinds of people show up to the court and don't know what to do next — the player who's tired of random drills, and the parent who wants to help their kid progress but doesn't know how. The weekly plan solves both problems at once.
FOR PARENTS
You want to help.
You just don't know WHERE TO START.
You invest time, money, and weekends in your child's tennis — but you can't tell if they're really progressing. The General Program gives you a weekly plan you can follow together. You don't need to know tennis. You need a system that does.
FOR PLAYERS
YOU'VE BEEN TRAINING
WITHOUT A PLAN.
You show up, hit balls, leave. Some weeks you feel you're improving, some weeks you don't. The General Program replaces that uncertainty with a structured week: what to work on, how long, and why each session connects to the next.
What's included
Everything's structured.
Nothing to improvise.
The General Program is built from iTUSA's complete library of drills, exercises, and methodology. Once you share the player's profile, you receive a weekly plan matched to their stage of development — ready to follow on court.
Stop guessing.
Build a plan
A full week structured for you: what to work on each day, how long, and why. No more showing up to the court wondering what to hit.
Drills matched to
your level
Real on-court drills. The ones used in the iTUSA Pathway — adapted to the player’s age, level, and objectives. Beginner to tournament-ready.
Built for parents to guide, not to coach
The weekly plan tells you both exactly what to do, so you can support development with confidence — not guesswork.
THE SAME METHOD BEHIND 19 GRAND SLAMS.
Every drill, every structure, every progression comes from the iTUSA system — the one that developed Peyton Stearns, Brandon Nakashima, and three decades of pros. Scaled to your stage.
PROGRESS YOU CAN
ACTUALLY SEE.
Each week connects to the next. Technique, tactics, physical, mental — layered so progress isn’t random. You stop wondering if you’re getting better because you see it on court.

Then you start training with purpose.
Getting started doesn't require applications, interviews, or video reviews. The General Program is built so any committed player can go from "I want to train seriously" to "I'm following a real weekly plan" in a matter of days — not weeks. Share the player's profile, receive the matched program, and start training. The iTUSA system does the rest: deciding what to work on, in what order, and why every session has a place inside a larger progression. Your only job is to show up and follow the plan.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - FAQs
BEFORE YOU START
Who is the General Program actually for?
Players who already train regularly and want their weekly sessions to follow a real plan instead of random drills. It works for committed juniors, competitive teens, club players progressing through levels, and adults serious about improving. If you’re just starting out and don’t yet have weekly routines, we recommend working with a local coach first. If you’re a serious competitive junior or professional aspirant, the Personalized Program fits better.
Do I need to know tennis to guide my child?
No. The plan is written so a parent with zero tennis background can supervise the weekly routine — what drills, how long, what the player should focus on. Pros write the plan; parents follow it.
What equipment or court time do I need?
A tennis court (club, municipal, or any accessible court), basic equipment (racquet, balls, cones if possible), and access to a hitting partner or coach for specific drills. The program tells you what’s needed each session.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. Both plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at the end of any month with no penalty. You can also switch between Training 3 and Training 5 at any time — if your schedule opens up or gets tighter, the plan follows your life.
Is there a free trial?
The General Program itself doesn’t have a free trial, but you can start with a free demo to see iTUSA’s teaching style and methodology before you commit.
What if I need something more personalized?
Then the Personalized Program is the next step — a one-to-one pathway with a certified iTUSA coach who speaks your language, reviews your videos, and builds a plan specifically for the player. Access is by application.
