- Keep your non-hitting hand on the throat of the racket for added stability as well as to enhance your shoulder rotation.
- Pivot with your outside foot, get the heel of your inside foot up and turn your shoulders sideways simultaneously.
- DO NOT take your racket back with your arm but by turning and rotating your shoulders.
- Keep a short back swing. Do not let your racket go further back than your back shoulder.
- Your racket should be angled slightly back so the head of the racket is a little behind your hitting hand.
- Your racket and your arm should form a ìVì.
- Keep your elbow bent and the racket head pointing up.
