3 - CONTACT POINT

  • Swing the racket towards the contact point from your shoulder and not your arm.
  • Swing together the arm and racket as a unit.
  • Swing the racket at the same time that you step forward into the court The optimal contact point is at the 45° angle to the net, that is, midpoint between the net and the side fence.
