6 - Contact Point

  • Your contact point should be IN FRONT of the leading foot.
  • The optimal contact point is at the 45º angle to the net, that is, midpoint between the net and the side fence.
  • The height of the contact point should be between waist and chest.
  • Avoid rolling the wrist over when you strike the ball. Keep your racket and wrist stable when making contact.
